Welcome to GoChecked. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GoChecked.com and the GoChecked trip-checking services provided by Luna Trust Technologies LLC (“GoChecked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing GoChecked or purchasing a Full Trip Check, you agree to these Terms.
1. What GoChecked Provides
GoChecked is a digital pre-travel information service.
Users submit details about an upcoming trip, and GoChecked checks supported parts of that trip against available travel rules, requirements, restrictions, and other relevant sources.
Depending on the trip information provided and the coverage available, a check may include areas such as baggage rules, transportation requirements, connections and transfers, customs or border considerations, restricted items, documentation considerations, and other supported travel details.
GoChecked provides informational trip checks and digital reports only.
We do not sell, book, arrange, issue, resell, or manage flights, hotels, cruises, train tickets, transfers, visas, insurance, or other travel reservations or services.
2. Full Trip Check
The Full Trip Check is currently offered for a one-time price of $4.99 USD, unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase.
There is no subscription associated with the Full Trip Check.
Before payment, GoChecked may perform a coverage check to determine whether the submitted trip has sufficient supported information for a paid check.
Payment purchases access to the applicable digital trip-check report for the submitted trip. It does not purchase or guarantee any travel service, reservation, approval, admission, visa, boarding right, baggage acceptance, customs clearance, or other outcome.
3. Information You Provide
The quality and relevance of a GoChecked report depend on the information you provide.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete trip details and for reviewing those details before relying on the report.
If your itinerary, baggage, booking, documentation, destination, connection, transportation provider, personal circumstances, or other relevant trip information changes, a previous report may no longer apply.
4. Sources and Travel Rules
GoChecked uses available sources and structured travel information to evaluate supported portions of a trip.
Travel rules, carrier policies, government requirements, fees, schedules, entry requirements, security rules, and other travel information can change at any time.
Where available, GoChecked may display the source used and/or when information was last checked.
A source reference or verification date does not guarantee that the underlying rule has not subsequently changed.
5. Reports Are Informational
GoChecked reports are designed to help travelers identify details that may deserve attention before departure.
They are not legal, immigration, customs, medical, insurance, or professional travel advice.
A status such as “PASS,” “READY,” or similar wording means only that the submitted information satisfied the supported checks performed by GoChecked using the information and rules available to the service at that time.
It does not guarantee that you will be permitted to travel, enter a country, board transportation, carry a particular item, clear security or customs, or avoid additional charges.
Where GoChecked cannot reliably determine an answer, the report may ask you to review an issue, provide additional information, or verify the matter directly with the relevant airline, transportation provider, airport, government authority, accommodation provider, or other official source.
6. Traveler Responsibility
You remain responsible for your trip and for meeting all requirements that apply to you.
Before travel, you should review current information from relevant official authorities and travel providers, particularly for passports, visas, immigration status, health requirements, customs declarations, restricted goods, security requirements, and time-sensitive travel changes.
GoChecked does not replace instructions or decisions made by governments, border authorities, security authorities, airlines, rail operators, cruise operators, hotels, or other travel providers.
7. Payments
Payments for paid GoChecked services are processed through third-party payment providers.
GoChecked does not require you to provide payment-card details directly to us when payment is completed through the payment provider's hosted checkout.
Prices and applicable charges are shown before purchase.
8. Digital Delivery
The Full Trip Check is a digital service.
After successful payment and processing, the applicable report is made available electronically through GoChecked.
Delivery may depend on successful payment confirmation and the technical availability of the service.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Because a Full Trip Check is a digital service that may begin processing and become available shortly after purchase, refund eligibility may differ depending on whether processing or delivery has already occurred.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse GoChecked, attempt unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent payment or access controls, submit malicious code, scrape the service in an abusive or automated manner, or use GoChecked for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
GoChecked and its website, software, report presentation, branding, original text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Luna Trust Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, travel-provider names, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Service Availability
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of GoChecked when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may also decline to provide a paid report when a submitted trip does not have sufficient supported coverage.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Trust Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of GoChecked or reliance on a GoChecked report.
GoChecked is not responsible for decisions, rule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, denied entry, baggage charges, confiscated items, missed connections, provider actions, government actions, or other travel outcomes controlled by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. No Guarantee of Travel Outcome
Travel decisions ultimately belong to the relevant traveler, provider, and competent authorities.
GoChecked does not guarantee that a trip will proceed as planned or that every possible rule, cost, restriction, risk, or circumstance affecting a trip will be identified.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or our business practices change.
The current version and its “Last updated” date will be published on this page.
